last year if you look at QB rating vs Playoff berths, your theory doesn't seem to hold weight out of 12 playoff teams only 4 had qb's that were in the top 10 of passing rating for 2008 (San Diego, Miami, Zona, and Indy) these 8 teams had the following qb passer ratings pittsburgh 24 Balt 22 Tenn 23 Atlanta 11 Carolina 18 Minnesota 28 Philly 15 NYG 14
