It looks like SBR won't look into them...but at least they let we posters exchange information. If anyone takes a chance there and gets paid please let us know about stuff like how early lines go up, limits, and whether 1H & 2H are also -104. If they're standing in a year without negative buzz it will become an obvious out to have.
