pico, it means phil is good... actually he shoots -17 and wins. -17, if im not mistaken, is much better than the average winning score on tour this year. the average score of all the players, who make the cut, is how they determine the 4 round average though(how hard or easy the course is is judged by this) , but from the scores i see, the course is easier than the average tour course. ill look it up later when i get some more time

earnie els had -17 going to hole 18. then he shot the ball into the water. the 18th hole is pretty tricky par 5. there is a big pond to the right, so you can go for it or hit around to the left which makes it a par 5 hole. i remember when i played there i lost like 3 balls just on that hole.

nevertheless, els finished 63 and set the course record.
