Rogue.. Are trailer parks sketchy though?

I was up a few 10,000+ something a while pack, and was gonna buy a trailer out in az. But I went and was checking out the hood. So, I'm hanging at Circle K at like Midnight. These like drunk ass complete hoochie trash people like fall in the store talking jibberish, buy some ish and leave. I'm hanging by the no loitering sign, just checking out the hood. And these 3 eminem guys speed up in a 82 nissan 2 door. Stop. and some 4th eminem guy gets in and they take off.
It was all dark and questionable. I've never lived in a trailer. I'm from a nice ass part of SoCal, so I don't really know. Is it pretty bad?
I've walked around Brooklyn, Queens, St. Louis, New Orleans, Detroit, etc. but not many trailer parks.
Sounds kinda fun though!
