Where is the point book for sbr?

Hey sorry ive been gone for a couple days,
but i was just wondering where is the point book for sbr?
wasnt it supposed to be up halloween? thanks!

Didn't open on Haloween, was supposed to though. I think only a few members are trying it out right now. Not sure when it will open for everyone though, hopefully soon.
