In the long run this vote will mean nothing. Its still gotta pass the senate (which will be alot tougher) and then come back to the house for a final vote. It only passed by 2 votes, and those dems who voted it for it yesterday wont when the final bill comes down. They will feel the pressure of not getting re-elected. Besides that, it can always be repealed after the 2010 elections, or even later since the thing doesnt even go into effect for like 5 years.
