    Bets4All claims new victims
Bets4All (SBR rating F) claims new victims

The Austrian bookmaker was the subject of four no-pay complaints this month. Bets4All continues to try to wear players down so they will eventually give up pursuing their funds. One player reports initiating legal action against the sportsbook.

    Player:

I'd like to report a problem with this book. I requested a payout 4 weeks ago. They debited the amount from my account but did not make the payment. They have completely ignored the many emails I have sent them. On the telephone they say the person I need to speak to is not in the office but he will call me back - which he doesn't. One person I spoke to said they would not be making the payout and refused to give any reason. I asked his name, which he gave me. When I called again, the office said there was no person there by that name. I have called over twenty times, but they just play the same kind of games with me.

The person in charge at bets4all is called Attila Gergely, as posted on their website. Yet, calling him does not help either, as this is HIS very own strategy of making money. (He lures deposits with high bonuses, but has no intent to ever pay you back your deposits nor your winnings nor your bonuses). He will only abuse you over the phone and call your betting behaviour "suspect", alluding to you being a member of a gang of matchfixers. It is always the same rah-rah-rah...
Good news is that the company really has its offices at the address in Linz / Austria. Bad news is still that you have to have a lot of stamina and be very insistent and threatining towards Mr. Gergely and there may not be much way around taking a lawyer.
Bad news is also that this company only has a bank guarantee of 72,600 Euro, which is very small, if you consider the fact that there may be thousands of customers with hundreds or thousands Euros balance each.
I would like to encourage any of you who has problems with bets4all to contact me via Private Message:
I may have a contact to a local lawyer in Linz who may be able to support you at reasonable cost - I am about to commission him for acting in Linz/Austria on my behalf (I am from Berlin/Germany) when I sue bets4all.
Also, I have the contact details of the person in charge for licensing bookmakers in the Linz area. While he will not be able to force bets4all to pay you (only a judge can), he is very interested in hearing about any uncorrect behaviour by "his" bookies. And he will certainly keep that in mind when the next license renewal is due. The more he hears about bets4ll the better!
I do not want to publish the contact details of these two people publicly here, so please contact me via PM.

Good luck to those who are waiting for their money. And again an appeal to all others: STAY AWAY FROM BETS4ALL

I've got advice to all victims of bets4all. Write messages to paysafecard, **** and ********** about the company called herself a sportsbook, which is using paysaecard's, ****'s and **********'s well known and trusted brands and logos in dishonest activity... I personally did that in the past and I recived my long expected withdrawal...

bets4all now misusing Betradar for fraud

I'd like to bring to everybody's attention bets4all's latest moves to steal player's rightful winnings.

It is unbelievable what cheek this Attila Gergely guy has:
bets4all has recently introduced a new clause in their Terms & Conditions, by which they can declare any winning bet an "insider bet", if the odds on this match move or are closed by other bookmakers per information from Betradar. See the text of this clause below...
Basically, this means that bets4all can now offer highest odds on falling markets. If you bet on these odds, you will lose your money if the bet loses, but you will never win, as bets4all will cancel winning bets.

I believe that Betradar's intention was always to forewarn bookmakers of strong money or odds movements (be it due to insider knowledge or for other, simpler reasons, such as injury of an important player before the match, etc.), so they can either adjust their odds accordingly or take the match from the market for a while.
But I cannot believe that it was Betradar's intention to mark anybody who placed a bet on a strongly moving market as an "insider" and to allow bookmakers to steal rightful winnings from their customers by using Betradar. This is exactly what bets4all intends to do, however.

As I cannot believe that Betradar likes to have its name misused for such fraud, I wrote an e-mail top Betradar to inform them about this. I can only hope that they will massively kick Gergely's butt for this.

At any rate: STAY AWAY FROM BETS4ALL!!!

        Here are their new T&C's:

<<7. The customer submits to being of sufficient age to place bets in his/her own country. The customer also declares that he/she is unaware of the final result of the event at the time the bet was placed. This means, the customer guarantees that he has no insider-information about the concerning event(s). As a proof of an insider-information the bookmaker uses the neutral platform "www.betradar.com". If high decreases of several odds appear on this platform, or an event is canceled by at least three different bookmakers, bets4all.com has the right to cancel the concerning already placed bets ("insider-bets"). In this case only the stakes are refunded. The customer also guarantees that the money - used for stake(s) - does not come from illegal sources. >>

          Hey Guys

I just wrote a private message to Gexs but it seems he is no longer active in here.

Bets4all owes me around 800 Euro from August and they refuse to pay, same old story.

Does anybody have news regarding this matter? Addresses of lawyers to write to or other helpful contacts?

          Thanks

I really don't know the latest news on them at all Kimbo. The last I remember hearing about Bets4All is that they slow pay/no pay many of there players. This place kept using the ole credit card verification excuses, no answering of Emails, check was already sent, ect, ect.

You might want to fill out this complaint form and see if one of us can possibly retrieve your funds.

              Hey Bigboy

Thanks for the warm welcome. I will fill out the form, thanks for that.

It seems that they do that thing to a lot of customers when you read other topics in other forums. Same old story

              1. They don't pay
              2. They don't answer emails
              3. When you call them, they tell you that they won't pay because you are a) either a bookmaker yourself or b) member of a professional gambling-syndicate.
              4. You call again and the guy who's in charge is not there, but he'll call back
              5. The guy in charge doesn't call back and when
              6. you call them, the guy in charge is on a) holiday, b) sick c) parental leave. Choose one.

I'd be very thankful if you could see what you can do after I filled out the form.

              Keep me posted!

It's worth getting on to B4A again. Got an email from them last week apologising profusly for the delay in payout and that the money would be in my account within a week, they also mentioned something about new investors in the company.

I'd previously contacted SBR, the local licensing board in Linz and threatened them with legal action before they sanctioned the payout, so that may have had something to do with it.

Stay well away from B4A, but if you've money tied up with them it probably a good time to contact em.

I looked at bets4all's terms and conditions today again. To my utter surprise, the clauses regarding Betradar have disappeared.
I hope that Betradar gave them a massive kick in the butt, so they had to remove it
                    YESSSSSSS!!!!

To VLADYMYR: Sorry to disappoint you, I am in contact with a bunch of Germans, Swiss and even Austrians who have the same issues with them.

Agreed, it's a miracle that this dump thief book is still in operation given the massive number of no pay complaints. I guess the average online sports bettor doesn't do any research before depositing. Also I'll never trust a guy named Attila that just sounds like bad news.
