It depends if you are going with friends or a girl, and how old you are.

Mexico - my younger days, loved the nightlife and women (they speak English)
Costa Rica- my favorite, but go with a girl. It wouldn't be any fun single, unless you like banging skanky hookers
Puerto Rico - same as Costa, but not as nice.
Vegas- go with a friend and bring a lot of money

I gambled everywhere but Mexico.

So many options make it so difficult ... i think im leaning towards Costa Rica if i can find a decent hotel by the beach and all...

House ... ill be going most likely with my girl... and im in my mid twenties. SO Costa Rica... any suggestions there?

We had a great time in a resort on the West side. It was all inclusive and we did excursions on 5 of our 7 days. They were cheap and it gave you something to do besides drink and enjoy the ocean. The best trip is to one of the most active Volcano's. It has natural hot springs around the base. There is also a restaurant there. When it got dark you could see the fire coming from the volcano. We also did the zip line through the jungle, horseback riding on the beach and in the jungle.

I would look for any all inclusive resort that you can get a deal on. It's nice to have food and booze any time you it, and in the end is cheaper. Most of the resorts have a small casino in them.

Some of the guys at the course go to Costa Rica every year and they absolutely love, It's the second most fun trip the group takes. The first favorite is the one I go on which is to the Bahama's. It's not that they like the Bahama's more than Costa Rica it's just the Bahama's trip is cheaper and no wives allowed on that trip. The Costa Rica trip is much more expenssive and it's a couples things for the most part.
