Crush in some garlic. Add in 2.5 cups flour and a dash of baking powder. Grated in half stick frozen butter. Mix together and cover for 30 minutes to let rise.
Meanwhile, get cubes of beef going in oil and season generously with cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and shake it all about. Add in chopped green onions n shallots. Then mix in some carrots n cut up new potatoes. Season again. Pour in a couple cups beef stock n let simmer away with green chilis and crushed garlic.

Place on greased cookie sheet or place in muffin pan -- whatever you like, boys. Cover em again for 30 minutes and preheat oven to 385. Toss em in the oven once ready and keep an eye on em. Once they are fluffy and the whole house smells like garlic cheddar biscuits, get those bad boys out and on a cooling rack.
Back to the chili. Finish it off with more freshly chopped green chili, your fave beans, freshly cut corn off the cob and frozen peas (fresh if ya can get em). Stir it up and once super hot, take up a bowl and enjoy with the biscuits.
