Why can't I send PMs?

I try to send a PM and I get this shit:

settings--->Edit Options--->Check the box under private messaging.

You need to post more thong pictures in order to activate your private messages.

They should not have been taken away. I never PM'd anybody before.

I went to:

Edit Option

and then I do not see Private Messaging.

Probably can e-mail reload your account number as well...just replace the name in the e-mail address.
