Not bad at all D, good to see you're doing well. D, I didn't make it public on time but actually awhile back ago, my ex fiancee lost the baby because she became pregnant skipping just a couple pills, the 4th month that happened, it was kind of hard indeed but only He knows what He gives us. There's no little one at the moment and I'm actually back to single life, oh well, I'll raise and C Jr will eventually come one day, not now.

Nice...that's a solid workout. Glad you pointed that one out to me. I'm just doing 3day split chest/bi, back/shoulder&cuffs, leg/tri along with ab ripper x a couple times a week. Probably switch something up once I get back down to 175.

Never seems to be enough time in a day.

I suspect the real Kinger will be back at SBR soon... He seems fed up with EOG lately. His pal Integrity was given an mod internship and poor KingRevolver was left in the cold...

Paid posters have a short shelf life. Just ask raiders, gyno, mad and all the rest that swore their new gig was greatest until the free plays stopped. I think KR is a good fit at EOG but unfortunately the expiration date for going stale is probably soon. He is a fun poster but I think he does better in a smaller pond.

As long as he can live with being just one of the guys here? Someone with his smarts probably feels alittle uneasy about how to come back after his departing gesture? That's if he really wants to come back?
