I believe Utah is 3-1 for the Under in 3q this year. Only loss was at Denver when ref called a foul on Billups w/ about 0.02 left on the clock shooting a 3. He made all 3 ft's and it went over.

jazz totals are always low first half and higher for the game. its the type of ball sloan plays. he almost always intentionally plays slower in the 1st half and then their games seem to open up 2nd half. doesnt always work that way or this would be easy, but thats why the lines always are the way they are in jazz games, more times than not you are going to see an akward first half total on the jazz
