When did VIP become Non-US or Canada?

They stopped accepting New US and Canadian customers Mid March. Fired half their staff around that time too

Canadian customers were supposed to be locked out completely following March Madness, but they are still allowing me to place bets.

They also slashed their 40% sign up offer down to 10%
