Same in each case, except for on those rare occassions where I might have scored a $10,000+ hit earlier in the day and thus would tip more, but only if the service as good.

Tipping is all based on service and food quality. I own 2 restaurants so I believe if one of servers was providing shit service they get what they deserve and a nice sit down.

That is bulls--t to adjust it. They live off tips. I always tip between 15% and 20% at meals. I stay at 20% for all service between okay and excellent. And I drop it closer to 15% if the service was bad or if the meal was just super expensive to begin with and I don't want to pay more than 15%.

I can tell you how I tip the tables..before I used to just give them a 5 dollar chip or whatever at BJ every few hands if I was on a nice streak...but now I just put a chip I feel is a good amount at the time and put it at the front of my wager...that way they get the tip only if I win, and are still happy about your trying. One dealer had parlayed the 5 dollars he won into about 50 bucks after a couple of hands.

I do not tip if I lose.
