My Two Cents for the Day
Gambling is the hardest thing you will ever do? Or at least has been for me. I have been in the game for 11 years now and I read many post here although I have been here a short time. Gambling is tough to do even if you are somewhat decent at picking games becuase there are many other variables. The way to win at gambling is not interesting, it is quite boring to say the least. There are a few things you need to have a shot at winning. You need patience, discipline, and money managemnet along with having a nack for picking winners. These are attributes that are not naturtal in the gambler. Think back to what got you started in trying this. I would venture to say it wasn't discipline, money management and it sure as hell wasn't patience. With all this you will still struggle time to time. I could go on and on in details, but would like others to comment on what it takes to be a successful gambler or at least keep your head above water. Keep in mind I am not being critical here. I myself will be the first to admit I have been the biggest loser, fish, square, or whatever name you have out there. My favorite thing I here is people that have a for the day. Yea, I use to be stupid enough to believe that too. Even stupid enough to pay for information. For the novice gambler let me tell you... There is no such thing as easy money. I'd love to here from anybody that has anything I have not mentioned or would like to shed some insight on this.

Pavy, I wouldn't start with the Spurs -2 tonite like your thing says. It might work, but I don't like the chances. Stay away from that game.

Thanks Fish, your opinion is very respected around here. You gamble for a living don't you? I have heard you were good.

Don't bet more than you can afford to lose. A common mistake for bettors is when their winning to double or triple their normal bet size. Then they lose and the chase begins. Now your betting big every game to get back your losses but your losing even more money

Couldn't agree more this method has lost me more money than anything. I have actually wipped out profits over weeks in matter of days in the past. Well put
