MB, the lack of parody is FAR FAR WORSE in the NBA than in baseball or any other sport for that matter.

I was able to bet the following wager before the season started and it really shows just how bad it is in the NBA:

    1. Basketball Futures - 2009-10 NBA Futures
    Divisional Propositions
Will Bos Cle Orl LAL & SA all win their Division
    No (-115) [pending]

5 separate teams winning their respective divisions and I was able to bet the "NO" at -115 (both the no and yes were -115 a side which means it was an even money bet).

Even though its so early in the NBA season, there have been a handful of games where you could have gotten +2500 on the underdog straight up.

When was the last time a surprise team went anywhere in the NBA playoffs?

      Embellishment, thy name is BigdaddyQH.

Now you have teams who make some good money fielding a product that could not beat a good College team.
      Uh, ok.

Stop scheduling games at the whim of T.V.
I'm sure if you want to come to the table with your checkbook, MLB will listen.

How many weeks did it take the Angels and Yankees to play their series?
Actually it took 10 days, pretty normal for a six-game series with a rainout.

That was pathetic and rediculous, considering that some nothing cable cahnnel televised a lot of those games.
Yes, ESPN and TBS are your basic 'nothing cable' outlets.

This is because MLB playoffs are bizarrely short that it makes it largely a crapshoot for the 8 teams who get in.
