Get their azz away from the video games and have em start carryin' heavy sandbags, bustin' out pushups, grunting out pullups and peelin' taters. Teach these fat lil phux some respect and melt the lard off their disgraceful azzez. Up at 5 a.m. and no lucky charms with chocolate milk -- scrambled eggs n bacon with O.J. instead!

I was one and became the adult version of the same. I agree with you though. I tell them all to lose it while they are young. the longer they wait the harder it'll get and eventually if it doesn't kill you it'll break you down so badly that it'll be almost impossible to lose.
