Actually, we're back on standard time right now. DST is what we have from March-October.

Yes, I think I do. You meant that your depression is actually brought on by the abrupt nature in which we move from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time as opposed to never having DST and gradually losing sunlight each afternoon/early evening from the Fall Equinox to this point in time which is where we'd be naturally without DST. Right?

Guys, I completely agree with you! Early darkness.. very depressing! I miss summer & spring so much..

What about moving to South America or Australia when winter comes in? You'll enjoy sun & daylight all your life.

I"m a total bitch for a week after each change. I'm up early so I like the light when I"m driving to work but F me when I'm driving home. I've been to northern Ontario where at 9 am it's still dark.

I am so sick of hearing these morons go around saying Oh yes we are going to gain an hour. You don't lose an hour and you don't gain an hour. When are we going to grow up and stop playing games with the clock? It's a ****ing joke. People have better things to do then go around to all their clocks and adjust them every six months. Arizona and those other states have it right.
