Dear Mr. dillon,
Please be advised that your first option of withdrawal will be to refund your creditcard up to the amount that was deposited before any other method can be used. Due to our banking regulations, it is now a requirement that for us to process a withdrawal request which is made within 30 days of an initial credit card deposit, customers are required to send us a completed authorization form which can be found at the website
http://www.thegreek.com/ccauthorize.htm, a copy of your credit card (back and front), a valid picture ID and a recent credit card bill/statement for a withdrawal of any kind to be processed. You may submit the documents by fax to 1-800-310-8304 (local fax 1-876-953-6534/ 6181) or scan and e-mail to accounts@thegreek.com.
Other withdrawal options that are available at this time are Western Union\MoneyGram fees varies depending on the amount, and Federal Express flat fee of $35.
Thanks for choosing The Greek.
My 2nd email to them: Okay! so lets say that i wate 30 days to withdrew the FUNDS do i still need to send this kind of information??? A bit scary sending out this informatiom.
Right after the 30 days, can i use Western Union\MoneyGram ??? to withdrew funds??
Their reply to me: Please be advised that after the thirty days you will still need to send the documents because **** cards are refunded up to the first three months of use. However after you the refund up to the amount that was deposited from the card you can then request a withdrawal by Western Union or MoneyGram.
