Creating a Cougar Magnet hot bod
Practice all varities of pushups and pullups/chinups. Do em often! When they become easy, like with the pushup, challenge yourself by elevating your feet, wearing a heavy backpack, etc. You must constantly push yourself.

All the muscle in the world is useless, if your end goal is cougar pussy, unless it is visible. Diet is key. Do not overeat but eat a good variety of the basics (meats, fruits, veggies n good grains n pastas). Eat slowly and deliberately. Chew. Achieve a lean physique, with well defined abs and obliques.

Cardio is important but don't go overboard on it. Keep sessions short n intense (like phucking). Quality is everything. A few hill sprints a week or a couple 5ks.

Yesterday, I was in Farmington Hills, MI banging the livin' daylights out of a MI cougar who just hadda have me after we had met earlier at the Somerset Mall in Troy. OMG, she loved my chiseled abs. Most men my age are fat, with a dsgusting sweaty gut. My tight trim waist alone has landed me more pussy than most men can dream of. Turn on the charm along with that unreal bod and you can pick n choose.

Ontario. Lots of Cougars hang out at the one decent place in Troy -- the Somerset Mall. Lots of recently divorced broads with their ex-hubby's money burning a hole in their pocket. Horny as hell.

A couple of you have PMd me for advice so i'll address the questions here for the edification of others:

          1) But what about curls? The pullups n chinups will hit your biceps hard enough in the beginning. You can add in heavy dumbell curls after 90 days of consistent training or after you can do 10 strict, full dead hand wide grip pullups.

          2) What about crunches? Do them if you like. Diet is key here. Focus on planks n hanging leg raises for abs.

I'll make a mental note to stay away from Somerset.

DM, good idea. I work alone and I sense these cougars would see you coming a mile away. Work on my "shifting gears" technique (see link below) at a less crowded mall in another town.

When do you cut off eating for the night? I've heard as early as 6PM and as late as 8PM (especially for carbs).

KB, you can eat right before you go to bed and never gain an ounce of fat so long as you do not eat above maintainance calories for the entire day. I eat directly before bed every night and have no problem.

DM, I can help you but you need to help yourself. Just cut out the sugary and salty carbs. Start small. You CAN do this! Please wear a shirt until we get you under 200 though. And put on some PHUCKEN PANTS!
