Does Sammy & Chet Qualify As A Household For Contests?

If the household rule was applied to the likes of Bread & Robyn and Billsfan & Fishhead (who it sounds like it couldn't even be reasonably applied to) that would equal punishing people for being active in the community and that would be a very unfortunate thing, I think a dumb thing for SBR to do.

You're bringing this up, targeting these individuals who are active in the SBR community and who contribute alot to these boards is very disappointing, you come off like a busybody for this.

To do this though while paying no mind to the real problem of Ghosting in contests just makes you look like a moron.

Busybody IMO is the worser of them two things though. Even though ghosting is the only real and actual problem.

This that you've brought up here is a non-issue.

Sammy and Chet are two totally different people. We all have proof. Let them have fun, who cares if they live together?

Now ghosting, that is a totally different issue that should be better enforced here at SBR in my opinion.

Not trying to be a baby here, but if Chet and Sammy are allowed to play in the same contest, I am going to start playing BTP as well as any other contest Bread participates in. What's fair is fair.

is fishhead banned from playing in any new contests? or is it just that he and billsfan can't play in the same contests?

It looks like he is still current in beat the prick where he is 10-21-1 down 12.32 units

Fishhead can play contests, Fishhead and Billsfan cannot enter the same ones, just like Robyn and Bread, etc.

Don't know the rule on Sammy and Chet.

Do the math here: If these people aren't active in the forums, you never know there is a relationship between them. It is only because of their being an active part of the community that you know they are connected. Therefore, when you speak of restricting them you are in essence punishing them for their being active in the forums because....(wait for it)......

If they'd just not become active in the forums you'd have never become aware of their connection to one another.

Like the other 40+ "households" with multiple entries to contests. That you know nothing about.

Who are and will remain undetected because they ignor the forums and just pop in to play contests.

so all I mean is don't hassle people who are active within the community. Instead, find a means of eliminating Ghosts.

I am not certain, but I think that whenever a new member (or at least in the past) signs up, an SBR moderator reviews their information and sends an email to them welcoming them to the site. Is this still true or has SBR grown exponentially and they are unable to keep up with new members? No clue. Either way, I am sure it is extremely frustrating to the management.

Shouldn't be penalized when you and Bread are 2 of the most active posters here, I think it's been established by now that Bread isn't using you to take a free shot or vice versa
