Possible to find out exact kickoff time of UCLA-Oregon Game?

Would anybody know? Had a first quarter wager that lost but I am pretty sure game had started when I had placed the wager.

In your opinion, Should wagers be voided if the game had started?

anyways, i don't think I'll get the money back but is there anyway you can find the exact kick off time?

online, pretty sure the wager went off. it was with betphoenix. I know they will most likely not return the money, but I am curious on what the exact kick off time was becuase they would not tell me.

some books can mantain lines open like for 2 o 3 minutes after game starts, to get more action. I do not think is ilegal. Also I do not think they will return you the money.
