Never had a problem with their software or refresh rate. My bets show up instantly. I bid in the am at the price I want and check throughout the day. My only issue has been slow grading a few times, but they answer the phone on the first few rings, and the girl that answered the phone actually graded the play herself when I was on the line in about 10 seconds. I'm not shilling for them, but I have to say in this day and age, if they pay promptly as well, I'll freakin shoot a load, lol. I LOVE MB so far.......
