Will Western Union still send money to a person without ID?

I know yrs ago you could send $$$ to any name and use a 'secret' password/phrase

Anyone with that info could get the money. Can you still do that?

Yes they are still doing test questions. I feel like it gets heat on you but I could be wrong. I do know they are still doing it though.

has to be under 1K and I am 99% sure they can get that without ID as long as they have answer. You also have to waive the ID.
