matchbook payout fiasco

I have just come off chat with matchbook. I had wondered what had happened to my cashout request from yesterday and was flabbergasted to be informed that I had not reached my 'rollover'. What!!!

Am I going mad? Rollover on matchbook? No mention of it in terms and conditions.

Be careful. Matchbook appear to be imposing this weird rollover requirement before you can cashout. What an astonishing turn around for a book so keen to inform you that your money is safe and that you can cashout anytime you like only to tell you now how much you must rollover, like some bonus book.

The stupid thing is I have wagered thousands from my deposits.

What are the circumstances? Did you transfer it in from another book? If so, all books and exchanges have rollover requirements when transferring in from other books.

Ever since Matchbook got 2nd on the favorite list, the threads taking shots at them have tripled. Face it guys, matchbook is here to stay and they are the best.

I did transfer some money from wsex back in mid September which had a once rollover. I finished that in one bet. Since then I've been depositing and topping up my account with neteller funds to the tune of $4250. I have wagered over $8000 and this is my first withdrawal request for two months. I really cannot understand what the hell it is all about. Talking to chat was like hitting my head against a brick wall.

Look I havent got anything against Matchbook. I have been with them for several years. This is the first time something like this has happened. I was astonished. They wont be getting second on the favourites list if they try this with a few more people. I was so taken aback I had to remind the cs rep that this was matchbook thinking maybe he had got mixed up with someone else. Nope..wouldnt budge.

i won't lie either. last week when the news came out about Matchy in trouble, i panicked. To make a long story short, they transferred 6x my weekly limit to betphoenix in 24 hrs...(and i am not talking about 50$ here).. plus a decent amount to pinny yesterday.. tough to feel nervous about matchy after that..

Its a good thing to ask what the rollover is with any book you put your money into.

Following up on this. I recall I had to forgo $150 build up of commission credits in my account at the time I transferred from wsex in order to receive it into matchbook. I only did this because I knew I would be waiting a lifetime from wsex for any payout anyway and took the $150 hit (when everyone else on here was being quoted $50 for the same thing at the time). So lets see. They charged me $150 and told me once through for the rollover then, several weeks later, made it four times through for for the rollover. Great stuff. Great customer service. Any book takes the piss out of me they can be assured I will make a stink to go with it.
