So the market suspended signs came down and I put up an offer. It showed up on the offer section, but not on my Order Pad (after submission) or Matched Bets (where the portion of your order fill is shown). So I checked my unmatched bets reports. Didn't show up there. Then I notice my balance hadn't changed. So I assume no bet...but when I hit the confirmation screen it appeared to go in. Just a word to say be careful cause while it's back up it may not yet be fully functioning.
