I've taken those double-decker buses in other countries where they have the big glass window on the 2nd floor. It's like a giant TV screen. I took a night trip one time and it was pretty clear at night and it was a nice trip through the country. However, the downside is that if there is an accident, you go flying through the window and become a candidate for decapitation.

Speaking of decapitation, look up double decapitation on the web along with car accident. Saw a great one the other day where two dudes were decapitated. Caption read 'a rare double decapitation'. ANd the funny thing was one of the dude's teeth was resting atop the open car window.
