Half the people that play in the tournament got their post count the same way. They are only here to play the poker free rolls.

i'm not even playing in the poker tourney any longer ,
top 10 gets paid out of 100 or 200 people , if its not for the money it would probably be a lot of fun playing against known posters, but 75 % of the entrants are newbies, who posted some bullshit for half an hour to get the password for the tourney.

Thats why I havent played in awhile... I thought it would be fun being able to play against the regulars who we encounter on the forum but I knew NO ONE at any of my tables... Its a joke

Agreed. I played last week and was alive for like 90 minutes. I recognized only 2 people in all that time.

I tried it last week and gave my money away on purpose to get the phuck out of there. I dont have 2.5-3 hours to sit. Kills my back plus got shit to do, like watch ws and ncaafb

I suggested a long time ago SBR needs two tourneys. One for regulars and one for douchebags.

I agree, it should be an award for the regular SBR posters to play in these tourneys. Should be at least 100 posts, maybe higher. Also, some like me have a different Bodog poker name than on SBR so maybe more regulars then we think.

Many of the SBRforum posters do not use their posting handles as their Bodog poker usernames, so you may have actually known some of them.

No matter what the post count is set at, new members will post enough to hop in eventually. It's the same as a new poster besting the field in an SBRpicks contest, this forum has excellent growth and personally I find it refreshing to see new faces join our community: some even stick around permanently.
