Sister is a college student who rags on me for gambling and how i'm bascially a deadbeat,yet she comes to the house to ask me for a $1500 loan to pay for her tuition than makes me look like the bad guy for saying no.

Knowing American women, I'd say the odds are extremely high it won't go towards paying her tuition. But if she's not a liar and you have a good sister, tuition is a good investment. But again, most American women are trash.
