I came in about 10 mins till 9 PM and they were down by 15 I think but now they are on a rally vs Toronto. We need time to see how things play out. The NBA season is loooong. I question the move bringing in Shaq also, but who am I?
I would like to see Lebron go to a big market team though so hopefully they really suck.

How can you question bringing in Shaq? Him and Lebron are the only 2 ballers on the team. Shaq has played very well in limited minutes so far. Have you seen Z? He's a walking mummy out there. I'd hate to think how bad they would be if Shaq wasn't taking up space.
The Cav's problem is a horrible offense, and bad guard play. You have to have great guard play in the NBA and Mo and Delonte (when he comes back) are not starters. They are both really 6 men at best. They need a legit SG.

Shaq killed this team, no chemistry and he is too old.

I am pretty sure tonight was all on Shaq and coach. With Shaq on the floor they where -25 that is pathetic. Some of the blame on that goes on Shaq a lot goes on the coach as well for not knowing how to use him. Shaq is still a solid player not one of the elite, but solid. Coach Brown is horrible and therefore the Cavaliers have no shot at the title thanks to him.

They'll be a good road fade. They won't cover any spread on the road.
Eastern Conference finals: Orlando vs Boston
NBA finals: Boston vs. LAL

Shaq definitely isn't the problem, but starting Varejao at the 4 spot is not a good look. We need a presence at that position and the questionable coaching by Mike Brown is also killing us.

Maybe because Mike "If I only had a brain" Brown had Shaq and Z on the floor at the same time??? Toronto had to score at least 20 points on fast breaks with both of them huffing and puffing to get back on defense. MB doesn't have a clue of what an offensive set is and you can't blame Shaq for the differential. They came out lifeless with no energy which is more on MB not Shaq.
There problem is poor guard play. Mo woke the fuk up a little when they made a run but without Delonte they are hurting with bench play. Without Delonte their bench is trash because you have no one to run the point when Mo is out.
Very early in the season and they will turn it around. The finally showed some intensity which is what's missing as well.

Mac4life i agree about the guard play.Shaq does not shoot the ball for Mo,Anthony Parker(????),or Boobie Gibson. That line up,besides Lebron and Shaq,is really a joke.

Delonte West really fukked them with his manic depressant ass. He really screwed this team to start the season. How can you really count on him in the clutch??? I heard they were trying to get Antonio Daniels. I'd make that move in a minute.

Phil Jackson/Cast is coach of the Cavs they win NBA.
Greg Pavolich coaches the Cavs they win NBA
Stan Van Gundy coaches the Cavs they probably win the NBA
If Mike Brown was coach of Lakers last year they don't get to the finals.
The only problem stopping the Cavs is coaching, but most people will not listen to you when the coach in question gets 60+ wins in a year.

Bingo.
I also agree that James is gone after this year. He will move to a NY area team, probably the Knicks, or if they move a team to Brooklyn he will go there.

Well if you must know, Cleveland lost their first 2 road games last year. So this isn't anything new, you can't base a season on 2 games.
