I joined Diamond about 2 weeks ago, and have put in about 3000 since. When I asked about a signup, and reup bonuses, they said they don't give any bonus for creditcard deposits. Is that the norm in the industry, or am I getting hosed here?

#3colt29,
I don't know about industry norm, but it does say this right on DSI's website, so you are not getting hosed:
Re-up bonuses are granted only if:
1) The players recent wager activity has resulted in losses that are at least equal to his re-up deposit amount.
2) The player has not requested a payout in at least 30 days unless the player deposits, at least, the previous payout amount, then the bonus will be granted on the rest.
3) Credit card deposits are not eligible for free plays.
I am guessing that they fear getting chargebacks from the CC companies, and don't want to reward those customers? Purely a guess on my part.Comment -

#5A lot of them don't know or the bonus is suffiently lower than other deposit methods. It seems most of them it is half of what the max bonus is. At least I know this to be true for 5dimesComment
