There should not be extra penalties for "hate" crimes. Isn't that classifying the worth of a person? That's like saying it's worse to commit a crime against one over another. Special interest groups run this fukking country now...special interests that I'm not very interested in.

Kill someone... get 5 years. Get it cut down to 3 years.

Rape a child .... get 3 years. Get it cut down to 11 months.
