I woke up, and bam, went to bed last night. Where did the whole day go?
53 emails sent.
8 PMs sent.
Disputes resolved resulting in:
$100 player credit
$1700 confiscation reversed
$420 voided winnings reinstated
1 Slow-pay/rollover issue resolved
One account "unfrozen"
2 new fraud cases progressed to the "investigation phase"
Told 2 players they're probably screwed re: an insolvent/slowpay book
Did equity calculations on 3 "bad line" cases
IM Chats with Dozer and Lou re: SBR issues
Ran 6 miles
Spreadsheet day: proofed about 140k in wagers and reviewed balances
NCAAF handicapping; identified 3 solid NCAAF plays

And then the family stuff. Slept 6.5 hours, and back at it with coffee. Thank goodness for coffee.

The 6 mile run and (I presume)early wake up are two parts of the routine I'd like to get down. I already have the coffee part matched, though mine usually comes between 10-11am.
