One more time non-Portland fans...he is only 21 and is playing about 1/2 game,meaning he is not ready for prime time as of yet .
And if he made 7 errors that could be good news,meaning...he has yet to develop and polish his Pro game .
It's also pretty evident to me that tall players do not respond favorably to healing as would an average size man .
That's a lot of weight pressing on your knees when you are 7 ft. or more.
Look a Ming for instance,what's wrong with him ?And ODEN weighs in at 275 or more,he may have gained the weigh way too fast for his body to accept.
I believe in his senior year of High School he weighed about 195,210 lbs.

Was Oden a factor on that Ohio State Final 4 team, sure, but he didn't carry that team to the Final Four. And if I remember correctly he was constantly in foul trouble during that run. Conley was much more of a factor on that team than Oden.Comment -

In defense of the KID[21]with the most potential of center's in the NBA ,he normally does not miss important free-throws like he did last night .
I also predicted he may be more of a Shak/Russell combo and it's looking more like that will be the way his "early" career is headed .
Now here we go again critics....he played 22 minutes..shot 400 percent,grabbed 9 rbs, with 2/4 free throws !Now that's less than half of a game.
Now if he had hit those free throws like he should have ...you same birdbrain's would still not mention his name ,right ?
And he won't be 22 until Jan. 22nd,2010.
