You knew after last week that the dogs would bark very loud today. I cleaning house today. How did everybody else do today?

I think it has to be the Vikings. Their offense didnt do anything today, but they still win the game. 1 INT TD, 1 KR TD, and 1 PR TD.

I did very well today ILL. 3-0.

The Packers are the biggest surprise of the day. An injury depleted team on the road with one win beat one of the NFC's best teams straight up? The Packers might have found something special in this Gado character. Curious if anyone had the cajones to play GB on the moneyline?

I lost some money today but I'm only a standard bet amount down from what I started this adventure with, so I'm still good.

He just turned 23 today and he has never been a starter on any football team he's ever played on. Meaning, he's young and there's no "mileage" on his legs. The Pack will let Ahman Green go this offseason and maybe use a 1st or 2nd Round draft choice on a RB. They'll keep Gado around definitely. Not sure if they'll keep Davenport though. One thing is certain though, it was a huge win for the Packers today.

Exactly, he's motivated and out to prove people wrong. Good story for the kid.

Let's not get carried away...today looked more like a typical NFL sunday with dogs and favs about breaking even. By my count, i have favs covering at 7-5 but it depends on how you classicy TB.

But the books got hit hard on some games: Den, NE, Car, DET, and Seattle all wining and covering was not good for them.

Even SF was a public team today.

They got good games from Buff, Houston, Minn, and GB but there were a lot on GB. What was good for Vegas is that they killed the teasers on Atl even the 21 pt teasers.

Those riding the Gravy Train express by betting against GB & Minn and ON the colts got their hat handed to them. I would guess the books did pretty good today but I also totally agree with BB; this is more like a typical sunday in the NFL. Lots of coin flips if you get my drift..

Looks like the Steelers may join the favorite party this week.

SNF and MNF are killers if the favs and over come through....overall, i have to believe the public got the best of the books again. Be interesting to find out as the week progresses.

Not sure how much longer it is going to happen but the books need some good weeks...and I think they'll get them soon.

I hope this is true, because this will be good for me, and most here I think. Its about time for the this thing to turn around, the books cant keep getting hammered like this.

I survived this weekend. Only lossing one game on the action I played. In these type of stretches, thats what you need, is to survive if you arent a square bettor.

You're right BB, the average bettor bets whatever he's up or down on Sunday night and then does the same on Monday night. Those games are the key games for the books and they tend to make or break their week.
