I wish Michigan would ban smoking in bars. I think that will help me. When I vacationed in Cali. , I would have like 5 drinks and then finally go outside and have 1 smoke cuz it was no smoking in bars. Where here I am having 4 smokes per drink. Theres a guy at the local poker room who swears his company is the one who founded these mechanical cigs. I know he is full of shit cause they've been around forever but are now catching on. Paco I had the same pians and breathing problems. I quit 5 years ago after smkoing for 10 years. I am way healthier now my insurance is cheaper and I can breathe well. Its mind over matter my friend. When we put the effort in it pays off.Do it slowly like I did. Cut back 1 cigarette a day per week until you are done. For example I was having 10 a day for a week then down to 9/day a week etc unitil I weaned myself of it.Good luck no one said it is easyComment -

My boss must smoke at least two packs a day. He smells like ass and it makes me smell like ass because he smokes around me constantly. My GF stopped smoking in the last couple months and just now realizes how big a turnoff the smell is.
