I do have an honest answer to this and it can be done in a day. Go to craigslist m4m and post a photo of a decent looking guy with an ad saying you want some dude to blow you. Start responding and send them across the street. When you tell them to fukk off they will offer you money. Tell them to put it somewhere outside and drive off ... and if the money is really there you will consider letting them suck you off. Once you collect the money ignore the guys calls and focus on the next victim. Do this 30 or so times and you are well on your way to a ring purchase. You have to be a good actor on the phone and this mission takes dedication but it does work. You also have to be heartless and I find it best to do at night so some 300 pound guy with a hard-on does not see you taking his money and sprinting back to your house.
