I decided to open account at Cris, because in recent times not many reliable bookies left. I deposited 2500 and waited for 500 freeplay. When no freeplay came in few days I went to live chat and asked for the bonus. I was told that that no bonus is credited automatically and player has 24 hours for claiming the bonus.

How nice of them! Yes indeed they have it stated in rules as nr. 31 "Please remember you have 24 hours to claim any bonus from the moment you make the deposit." and I was fool that I did not study it. But there was a banner that tells "20% sign up bonus" so I clicked on it and after that there was only Sign-up page. Nothing about timeframe limit to claim bonus. Nothing about the fact I must claim THIS BONUS specially. Honest bookies even VIP stated the time-limit clearly after a player clicked on the banner. I find this misleading and it is done for sure with purpose - not to give bonus to players, esp. the players like me, who have not extra time to study every page of the website.

Btw. To get to TOC called "house rules" is impossible, i think, with one click from main page. You must click on "site map" and then scroll dooown and there it is - as the last point of TOC. As I said, it has certain purpose.

Lucas, i had the same thing happen to me when i opened up my account last summer. When i went to live chat to claim my bonus they told me the same thing, that i only had 24 hours to claim it and i was out of luck. At that time they didn't have the 24 hour rule posted in their house rules on the website even tho they told me it was part of their bonus stipulations. So i called and pressed the issue, stating it was not posted anywhere on their website and therefore unfair to deny me. They relented and gave me the bonus but within days the new disclaimer was posted. Unfortunately i think this will be a tough nut for you to crack now that it is posted, even if some of their rules are impossible to find for someone new to their website.

sorry to hear about this Lucas as you are a pretty sharp guy...I'm also a little dissapointed that Cris won't offer bonuses to players that have made multiple withdrawals...they didn't used to be like that...

Don't go to Betmaker for the bonuses. The freeplay rollover is outrageous. If you want the CRIS group, go to Diamond instead.

That 24 hour rule is a bunch of BS.Get a manager on the phone and if he doesn't give you your bonus.Tell him to send you your balance.Also tell them to stick that 20c line where the sun don't shine.

Bill helped me a LOT. I am sure without SBR i would have no chance.
Bill contacted management and told me that they will give me the bonus. I should only send an email there. I sent two.. no response, no bonus.
So I contacted Bill again and he finally resolved it now.

I just read at another site that someone tried to use a freeplay from Betcris today on the Rangers game.

The game was postponed due to rain.

Guess what? Cris cancelled the free play and wont give it back. They state that if you use a free play on a cancelled game that you LOSE the freeplay.

Why would you ever call a bet a loser on a cancelled game? Is the player supposed to check the weather before a game to make sure it is bettable with his freeplay?

And my favorite is the "you can afford" to pay for a withdrawal and not use betpoints. That is a classic. Like a guy using a coupon at mcdonalds and they look at his car and say "you are driving a mercedes, you cant use this coupon."

I agree. Plus if you disregard bonuses, then you can choose shops based on reputation and odds only.
