the dude took his helmet off and went running around while the play was still live. the guy with the ball was still running with it. an obvious penalty on bama....referees fukk another team.

There was no reason for him to take his helmet off unless to showboat. I wish they threw the flag so it could have made him feel like a dumb **** for doing something so stupid.

i dont know the exact rule, but it seems as if when a qb throws an interception, yet gets roughed, the offense keeps the ball because of the personal foul. it would make sense that that kid acting like a tard, while the play is still running, would warrant the same situation and tenn would get the ball and automatic first down. again, i dont know the rule at all. can someone explain it to me. i think the announcers even said it should have been a penalty, but didnt want to start the conspiracy shit because of the over sec ref. problems

Pretty sure once the ball crosses the line of scrimmage, the play is dead and possession is changed. Even if there was :01 left, the penalty would have been half the distance, but nothing worse.
