Loser, but it was a free play and you gotta go for the gusto sometimes. Starting small with the bet size with the hopes of increasing it as the day progresses with some wins....

2. Colorado/Kansas State OVER 49.5 (-105): Betting $52.50 to win $50
The Buffs have given up 30+ points in 4 of the last 5 weeks and K-State comes in off a 62 point performance against A&M last week. Colorado has had to keep up offensively as a result & they have put up 24 points or better in that same span. Figure K-State to move the ball any way they choose against a soft Colorado D and the Buffs hopefully will be left to play catch up in-the-air where K-State's D is a little softer. Turnovers could play big here with the Wildcats forcing 16 and the Buffs having committed 15. Tyler Hansen at QB for Colorado could be the most important change made in the program as he seemed to inject a little life into the offense last week. Even if he goes south, that could help the cause here with turnovers again.

I really have to stop 2nd guessing myself and play what I want to play, so from here on out - that's what I'm doing.

3. Idaho +16.5 (-104): $52 to win $50
I've been a member of the Idaho bandwagon for several weeks and this is a puzzling lack of respect by Oddsmakers to me. The Vandals have the offensive attack to keep up with Nevada's resurgent running game. Idaho's 7-0 ATS record will come to an end sometime, but I don't think it's this week as they should keep this game close and have a realistic shot to win outright.

4. Buffalo/Western Michigan 2nd Half OVER 24.5 (-110): $16.50 to win $15
W.Michigan has thrown the ball at-will against Buffalo and should continue to score. Buffalo has moved the ball some, but had some costly turnovers that kept them from getting points. 4 turnovers in the 1st half. More of the same could get short fields & quick points.

Big spender on this one.

This is going just as well as I thought it would. Buffalo just had a FG blocked that would have ensured the 2nd half over hit. Idaho getting spanked by 21. Wow. Hope someone is fading me hard and enjoying the profits.

5. Sabres/Lightning OVER 5.5 (-120): $60 to win $50
The last 8 games between these two clubs have gone to at least six goals over the past two seasons plus. Buffalo is in the midst of a big run of offense with 19 goals in their last 4, conceding 11 in that span - multiple goals in each game. Tampa comes in off one of their best games, beating San Jose 5-2 at home. They have 16 goals in 4 home games, conceding at least two in each of those.

6. Oregon State +21 (-108)
USC probably wins by 50 since I like this.

7. Texas A&M/Texas Tech 2nd Half OVER 34 (+100)
Maybe surprising how easily A&M has moved the ball against Tech, but they'll need more points to win this in spite of leading 28-14 at the half. A&M has done well on the ground & in the air, running 43 plays. Tech as usual with its success via the aerial attack. 40 plays for the Red Raiders, Potts has 274 yards at the half. Tech left anywhere from 7-14 points on the field with a turnover on downs & 2 INTs on the attack in A&M territory. A lot points to ask for, but Tech undoubtedly will score + A&M has to keep pace. This could well be a final in the 40s for each team.

8. Fresno State/N.M.State OVER 51 (-110)
Should be a blowout. Fresno has rolled up 40+ the last two weeks. If they get there again, this should hit.

9. Arizona State/Stanford 2nd Half OVER 23 (+100)
ASU isn't as bad as they have showed in the 1st half offensively. Stanford isn't as good as they've shown defensively in the first half. Stanford's O has put together drives that result in fairly quick strike drives. Stanford had given up 81 points in the previous two weeks albeit to more talented offenses in Arizona & Oregon State - still, it would be shocking if ASU didn't do some damage with 2nd half adjustments and their D has to ramp it up, so turnovers could get some short fields - or Stanford keeps rolling and that would help the cause just as much.
