After the match Coria vs Nalbandian I have laid against Federed to be first in his group, however he already was first... And betfair counted my lay as lost one but not void... The same situation but now I've lost my money... And this company has rating A+...

Smasher, if the exact same situation occurred with you being on the opposite side, and they chose to grade it instead of annulling it, then you better confront them. If communication with Betfair does not resolve the problem, contact Bill Dozer at the email bigboydan gave you with all your details and the necessary info.

Not really. He had an issue with the first bet but Betfair graded it the way they saw fit. If Betfair choose to grade the second bet differently then there's definately an issue here.Originally posted by natrass
