Deposit Bonus on a book2book transfer

I have had poor luck getting receiving books in giving me a decent bonus. Really it isnt much of a 'bonus' it is just trying to defray fees from sending book.

One SBR A+ book sending fee is fuuking ridiculous!! So I had to almost demand a 10% bonus from a receiving book this morning. Like, "if you dont give it to me I'm finished with your book." I got it but now I feel there may be bad-blood with us.

Players who do a lot of B2B should all demand this bonus (if you dont get it) so to make it an industry standard.

I hope to deal only with books that have no book to book fee. Here's what I know at this point.

No fee - either direction - betjm, 5Dimes, matchbook.

Ridiculous fee - DSI - opened acct for BTP -- closed it already because of those fees..

Betphoenix - fee - not too high , but hoping they will join the no fee group.

Wsex -- high fee

I do not have the new acct option 5Dimes are the trickiest MFers out there! They will say "send the book2book transfer then contact us and our general manager will decide how much bonus you will get"

Last year the Greek gave me my re-load bonus on a transfer from Legendz...Neither charged a thing...Only time I have made any sort of withdrawal in a while a long while.
