books that accept click2pay

We are all aware its gotten harder to move money around and such, and my bank recently refused to send a bankwire, so until I got things worked out/find a new bank, I wanted to use the resource I have. click2pay I know is still accepted at some books and I wanted to make a comprehensive list of "good books" that take it. Since good is subject to opionion use ur best judgement, and if borderline, go ahead and post it. Can always get user comments on a site if need be.

So to start the list:
