UTEP didn't capitalize on some early opportunities, or they keep the lead into the 4th. May still pull it out, but they need to grab some momentum back. Having Tulsa struggle doesn't make Boise look any better.

I have Tulsa ML -325 in a 6 team parlay and Tulsa -1.5 in a 7 point teaser, I'm very happy that both are still alive. I almost stopped watching the game after the 1st quarter. If UTEP hadn't turned the ball over twice in the red zone this would be a completely different game.
