The Packer outfit has all the potential to be the best team in the NFL by years end.

Rookie LB CLAY MATTHEWS is turning out to be a huge force and their OL may come around yet.

    Their schedule is favorable.

    I really like this team.

Green only needs 47 yards to become the PACKERS all-time leading rusher.............what a fantastic record for him to obtain.

              Also......

Green's signing on Wednesday comes a week after the team brought back veteran right tackle Mark Tauscher, who was not re-signed in the offseason after hurting his knee last December.

FAVRE and the VIKINGS are motivating the Packers front office and this is great for Packer backers!!!!

Eh. He is not half of Adrian Peterson. Rogers may be a slightly better QB at this point than Favre but Minnesota has that division on lock simply because of Peterson/Favre combo. Plus with Atlanta and New Orleans in the NFC, its going to be hard. I see Atlanta and New Orleans in the NFC championship.

The only hope Green Bay would have in the playoffs is to get a first round game in Green Bay, which they won't. They will be in either the GA dome or the Superdome and they will lose a shootout badly to either team.

Ryan Grant is their #1 back, not Green..............

Don't count the Pack out just yet, this is a very talented team........

Definitely didn't see this one coming. More than likely Tauscher and Green are just not gonna live up to the hype surrounding them, but if one of em can regain some part of his old form it could go along way in helping the Packers this season.

No way...extremely weak pass defense...and O line has problems

Green Bay's defense is giving up 192.6 passing yards per game, currently 10th in the NFL, plus have 10 interceptions.

Wayyyy too early for this crap. Lemme guess, you were one of the millions of football experts who said "The Cardinals will get ripped apart by the Falcons... by the Panthers... by the Eagles"

He's only coming back for his ego. He wants to be the Packer's all-time rush leader. I was told this was going to happen a month ago by someone close to him but never thought the Packer's would actually sign him. He's had plenty of injuries and is still going to fumble all over the place. THe Packers want to move foward without Brett Favre but re-sign two golden oldies that aren't going to contribute? Really!?!
