They're trying to get two sided or multi-sided action on both bets and that's where the lines have to be to get the desired result.

I would think that the team expected to win more games would more games would also be favored to win the division. Last I checked, that was how you won the division. Now I feel the Blazers to win the division is a sucker bet, because I sure don't feel they will win 54 or more games, but I think that the Nuggets could definitely win 53+ games.Comment -
