how many games could this include in the regular season? I'd think maybe 3-5 max

Stat is flawed. He probably pitched 3 games in his career with 3 day rest.

I believe you need a minimum number of games to qualify as a stat. What you meant it was a fact.

4 career starts on 3 days rest, 3 of those for the Brewers last year.

Actually I think his last 4 starts last year were all on 3 days rest, and he was great in all of them except the last one.
