my favorite college mascot is the stanford tree because its so lame, who the hell has a tree as a mascot? no seriously, i love the wake forest demon deacon and the duke blue devil, they look awesome with the huge heads they walk around with

brees, shockey, and colston are the obvious names who are incredible players, but it's the younger wideouts that are stepping up and giving brees too many options to look for. also, the saints D is so much better that they are stopping the opponents run gm which means less clock spinning and more offensive possessions for the saints so they get to put up more pts

yes, because tcu is more physical, but not by much. remember, tcu beat boise st by 1 pt in last yr's poinsettia bowl in san diego, but most of those guys are gone. the qbs returned this yr and brough back some pretty good teams with them, though. both teams look like they could run the table and tcu has the win at clemson and upcoming gms against byu and utah which will help their resume

okay, wasnt sure if it was most qbs who won a super bowl or most total super bowls won (namath at bama only won 1)

i think you're right though, bama with starr, stabler, and namath, probably puts them just ahead of notre dame with montana and theisman

but total super bowls? montana/theisman is 4, how many total did bamas guys have?
1 for namath, 1 for stabler, how many for starr?

starr had 2 - the first 2... I think the question meant how many different qbs. Additional schools with 2 that I can think of now Stanford (elway, plunkett) and Purdue (griese, dawson)
