Well i just went on Bodog and they are advertising they are now in Quebec, I heard BetUs operates on the Kawanahee or whatever reservation as well and know for a fact Sportsinteraction does

Topgame, that didn't really answer your question. What the Indians are doing is illegal in Canada but Indian land is sovereign, a nation within a nation. Touchy issue.

just like the casinos that they build on Indian land. They are exempt for Canadian Laws. Exempt for taxation for alcohol, tobacco and gaming among other things set by the Charter of Rights.

there are plenty of Indian reservations inthe USA when i lived in upstate NY they were constantly burning tires etc to protest US gov't intervention in their affairs and we could go get really cheap tax free smokes and gas there but I bet if they tried to pull what the Indians up there are doing FBI would swoop in quickly

In the US they have these exemptions as well for casinos however sportsbetting does not occur and I don't think they would push their luck with it

all these books are 10 min from my house. it's a bridge i cross and then it's all these indians.. those guys are nuts.. they are dangerous.. if you look at them the wrong way, they will stab you.

i go there about 1 time each month to get cigarettes. the cigs there are so unbelievably cheap, it's not funny. (not for me, i dont smoke) and i go fill my gas up there too.. cheap also.

that place is just an old runned down mall from 1913 and you have SIA, betus, maybe wagerstreet in there.

if you would see SIA office, you will laugh your ass off. a small dark carpeted room that's runned down and creepy with only 2 guy and about 4 girls... and they are just sitting there doing nothign talking and waiting for phone to ring eating chips at their desk.

The FBI wouldn't move in. It's sovereign land. However, there are all kinds of things they can do to dissuade the tribes from doing the same thing here such as diverting roads away from Indian reservations. If there are no roads there, how will people get to their casinos?

This is true however most that I know of or have been on have been well paved however the houses were mostly run down
