but what does it mean "listed pitchers must start"

if they don't, is my bet refunded?

yes ZT, the listed starters need to both start for that bet to be action. if there is a last minute change the bet will be void and you'll get your risked $ back.

if you click on action instead of listed pitchers, before a game you can have the bet count no matter who the starter ends up being
